We provide debt and equity financing through Foundation Ventures Fund I, L.P. We seek to acquire meaningful stakes in small, promising, high growth businesses in which we feel we can add significant value with a combination of our capital and our collective experiences and expertise. We invest up to $5,000,000 per company in these types of transactions.

Through Foundation Ventures Fund I, L.P. we invest in the following types of transactions:

• Early stage investments in which we can apply our team’s specific expertise as well as acquire a meaningful equity stake
• Syndicate investments in transactions lead by top tier venture capital firms
• Syndicate investments in transactions for which Foundation Ventures acts as the investment banker
• Technology and intellectual property acquisition investments around which we form and develop companies
