We provide debt and equity financing through Prelude Ventures, LLC. We seek to acquire meaningful stakes in small, promising, high growth businesses in which we feel we can add significant value with a combination of our capital and our collective experiences and expertise. We invest up to $5,000,000 per company in these types of transactions.

Through Prelude Ventures, LLC we invest in the following types of transactions:

• Bridge financing transactions in which we can establish an adequate value for the company’s assets (including intangible assets) and a likely exit scenario within twelve months
  
  
• Syndicate participation in transactions lead by top tier venture capital firms
  
  
• Syndicate participation in transactions for which Foundation Ventures acts as the investment banker
  
  
• Early stage investments in which we can apply our team’s specific expertise as well as acquire a meaningful equity stake
  
  
• Technology and intellectual property acquisition investments around which we form and develop companies
